GDDSS wants you to be fully satisfied with the choice you made. If for any reason this is not the case or the delivered product does not match with your expectations, or has unexpectedly a production flaw, you have the right to return your order provided you give us a written notice within 14 days of receipt. This 14 days period starts from the date the goods have been signed for. For this you can use the form at the bottom of this page. Scroll down or click here for the form. 1. Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the purchase and sale of products via the website www.gddss.co, run by Mrs. Roos Boshart hereafter referred to as ‘GDDSS’, ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’ ‘the studio’, ‘the atelier’.

3. Placing an order
3.1 With your order, you submit a binding offer for the conclusion of a purchase contract. After receiving your order we will send you an e-mail confirmation acknowledging the details of your order. This confirmation and possible status reports subsequently sent by us do not represent any acceptance of the offer, but are just an acknowledgement that we have received your order. We have the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at any time after receiving your order. In case of order cancellation we will immediately issue a refund and notify you. Due to the nature of our products, we reserve the right to decline orders from under 18 year olds.
3.2 Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and GDDSS will be completed when we e-mail you to confirm the goods have been dispatched.
3.3 In order to make purchases through our website, you are required to provide your personal details. Customers must provide their real name, billing address, shipping address, phone number, email address and other requested information as indicated. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment details are correct and that you are entitled to make the payment using them. You confirm that when we process your order the amount will be fully charged with your chosen payment method.
4. Pricing Policy
4.1 All prices are indicated in euros and include the Dutch VAT (current rate is 21%) but are exclusive of shipping & handling costs, which are stated separately in the order. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes over which we have no control as they are levied by your tax and customs office. As the customer and importer of the goods, you will be responsible for these charges.
4.2 We try to be as accurate as possible with descriptions and prices on our website. However mistakes in information and prices as well as changes in pricing of products (due to changing market conditions, manufacturer price changes, supplier price changes and other circumstances) can occur. If you purchased an item that was incorrectly priced we will contact you asking if you would like to proceed with the order at the correct price or if you would prefer to cancel your order.
Payments can be made by al major credit cards (such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), Maestro debit cards and via Paypal or IDeal.
6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1 All garments from GDDSS are handmade, for that reason we try to dispatch all orders within 2 weeks (but with a maximum of 4 weeks) of receiving the order (excluding weekends, bank holidays and public holidays). 6.2 The order will be send to the stated delivery address. Which requires a valid address and phone number. Changes in the delivery address cannot be applied afterwards.
6.3 GDDSS uses the secure and efficient services of the largest Dutch post delivery service: PostNL. Because we know that your package is precious to you, we send it by registered mail. You will automatically be informed by e-mail when the order has left and the tracking information for your shipment is available. GDDSS insures each purchase for the time it is in transit only. A signature is required for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods is passed to you.

GDDSS is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.

6.6 Please note that due to requirements of Russian customs, all deliveries to Russia will require customers to provide us with the following information prior to the dispatch of their order:

Please send this information to quoting your order number. This is in order to provide a more efficient delivery service to all of our customers.
7. Returns Policy
7.1 You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason provided you give us a written notice within 14 days of receipt. This 14 days period starts from the date the goods have been signed for.
7.2 If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund to you all payments received from you (not including the costs of delivery and any associated duties charged to GDDSS) without delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
7.3 The refund will be made using the same payment method as you used for the initial transaction. We may withhold the refund until we received the goods back, making sure they are in perfect condition.
7.4 You have to send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us about your decision to withdraw from the contract. When shipping back to return, the deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired (you will have to bear the shipping cost of returning the goods).
7.5 Any package that is sent into or out of the EU passes through customs and therefore requires an invoice, which describes the contents of the package and their exact value. When a return is being sent back to us from outside of the EU, it must be declared as a return and a copy of the invoice (stating the exact value of the goods) must be included inside the package alongside the goods. The value of the declared return should match the invoice exactly.
8. Exchange & Repair
8.1 Our garments are carefully quality controlled, however it can occur that something was missed. In case of manufacturing faults, please contact us immediately after you received your purchase and we will exchange or repair the piece.
8.2 Damage from normal tear and wear or uncareful treatment are the responsibility of the customer.
8.3 But even if you might have been a bit uncareful and your piece is damaged, we will gladly assist you with repairs when possible.
8.4 If you have a well-loved GDDSS item and you have been a bit uncareful with it causing the piece to be damaged, you can contact us. We will gladly assess whether it is possible to repair your garments and if so, we will provide an estimate of the costs.
9. Content of the website
The content of our website may only be used for providing information to the customer for own requirements. Any use of the content in excess of this or a link with the content for commercial purposes is not permitted.
